International Country Shipping Information
For APO, FPO, Military Shipping Information

GMBShair.com utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) for
customers who choose Standard shipping method or UPS Ground shipping method. If you must
have a specified carrier UPS/USPS, please specify on the comment line.

For US P.O. Boxes, please choose Standard shipping method. For UPS orders, you can track
your order on www.ups.com and for USPS orders, you can track your order within 48 hours on
www.usps.com All packages which ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail will accompany
delivery confirmation #, once the package tracking info shows delivery confirmed, GMBShair will
not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages once the package is confirmed delivered by our
tracking system. For any orders that does not need to be left without customer's consent please
comment on comment line for the carrier to not leave the package. You can also comment on a
designated area you would like the carrier to leave the package. If you need the order by a certain
date when choosing one of our express shipping methods, we recommend that this date is clearly
written on the comment line. We will do our best to accommodate this for all of our customers. If
we are not able to meet this date, we will contact you b e-mail. We do have the fastest processing
time on the internet. We do keep all of our merchandise in stock ready to ship.

All Next Day/Express and 2nd day Air, 3 Day Select Services are referred to the actual TRANSIT
TIME, not referred to the actual order processing time. Additional processing time may take up to
48 hours.  Please note that 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, does not count Saturday or
Sunday as a business day.  Some destinations, Next Day or 2nd Day Air will not guarantee the
exact delivery date due to location circumstances. UPS does not run on weekends. If a customer
must receive an express order on SAT, please specify on the comment line. Additional $15.00
surcharge will apply automatically in addition to the express shipping charge. Express packages
may or may not ship to only the billing address. Some orders may be approved and can be shipped
to addresses other than billing address after further verification. If you are residing in Hawaii,
Alaska, please do not choose 3 Day Select. UPS is not able to ship 3Day Select. 2nd day Air will
be utilized without notice to not cause any delays at an additional charge.






















Orders with Bill to Ship to Different Address
We do not ship our orders to an address other than billing due to security purposes exception
of apo and fpo orders. If you are not located in the military base or overseas and you are
needing an order to ship to an address other than billing, please notify us by e-mail prior to placing
your order for approval. Orders submitted with ship to and bill to in another state
will not be processed and may be rejected without further notice or may automatically ship to the
billing address without notice. Orders with credit card billing addresses not matching could also be
subject to delay or further verification without notice.

Same Day Shipping & Delivery Dates
GMBShair.com is one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. If you place your order
Monday - Friday before 12 Noon Eastern Time the order will usually ship the same day,
but is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the 12:00 Noon Eastern Time cutoff will usually
ship the next business day. Orders placed between Friday 12:00 PM Eastern Time and
Monday 12:00 PM Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday. If you are unsure of the guaranteed
date, please specify on the comment line when you need the order by. If the date can not be met,
we will contact you for other options. Customers who do not specify a needed delivery date,
GMBShair.com do not guarantee any specific delivery dates.

Estimating Arrival Dates
Most packages utilizing standard ground delivery arrive within 4-6 business days. The ship
date is not included when calculating the estimated delivery date or the processing time. Please note
that our customers do receive their orders earlier than expected. Please allow 24-48 hours for
processing time. All estimated arrival dates are estimates only and not guaranteed by

For orders in the higher brackets such as $300 or more, additional shipping charges may be added
due to the overweight of the items.

Orders may or may not SHIP AHEAD, when out of stock items are included in multiple item
orders. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day
Saver, 2nd Day Air) the remainder of the order will ship via UPS/USPS Ground. Backorder items
will ship as soon as the item is available.

International Shipping and Handling Fee, Payment Information:
SPECIAL: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam orders are automatically
added $10.00 Extra shipping charge.
