APO, FPO, & MPO Shipping (All Military Installations)

GMBShair always ship to the all and above military destinations. Shipping confirmation e-mails may or
may not be sent unless requested. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please don't
hesitate to write us at orderstatus@GMBShair.com Please choose Military APO & FPO Shipping method
and choose US as ship to country. For the city, please enter either APO or FPO and for the state, enter
AP or AE. Any other shipping method or other country as ship to destination will cause delay or extra
charges. GMBShair is the fastest shipper online for apo, fpo addresses. Please enter your ship to address
very carefully after reveiwing all info.  All of the military destinations packages are shipped via USPS
Priority mail.  Approximated delivery time can be anywhere from 7-14 days depending on your location
overseas. We do not guarantee any certian delivery dates for military locations. Delivery times depend
on the transit time provided by United States Postal Services and UPS does not ship to these locations.
Some locations may take longer.

All packages for Military Installations will ship via USPS Priority Mail which will accompany delivery
confirmation #, once the package tracking info shows delivery confirmed, GMBShair will not be
responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For any orders that does not need to be left without
customer's consent please comment on comment line for the carrier to not leave the package. You
can also comment on a designated area you would like the carrier to leave the package.

Shipping & Handling Fee Information: APO & FPO (Please READ for all APO/AFO orders):
Once the order is shipped out with the appropriate shipping method chosen by the customer or by an
appropriate shipping option adjusted from the invoice, we do not guarantee any particular receiving dates.   
If you have not received your merchandise in 75 days, notify us at info@GMBShair.com to start a claim.  
We can only claim for insurance after 75 days if the package is claimed not received by customer according
to United States Postal Services.  The customer will be notified AFTER we've heard from the USPS
regarding the claim within 7 business days.  The turn around time for claims from the USPS is
approximately 4-6 weeks. The customer will not be paid in advance for the lost packages.  We will reship
the replacement package only with a written consent in which if the customer receives the prior package,
either customer will return package to us at customer's expense or we have the right to recharge the
customer for replacement package and previous shipping charges as well. Therefore, we CANNOT
GUARANTEE any delivery times to APO/FPO addresses. Some packages being claimed not received has
made its way to the customer with delay!  Please do understand that we do have to abide the above policy.
