Changes to Order

A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your
order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption
changes. Requests for changes must be approved from our shipping department to ensure the order
has not been processed or shipped. Changes must be e-mailed to Changes@GMBShair.com.

Return Policy

There are no returns accepted due to manufacturers' policies. NOTE: Unauthorized returns will incur
a 50% unauthorized product return fee.

We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please
follow our exchange policy below.

Exchange Policy  

We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item – please read fee
section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized
product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

Product Eligibility
• Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged,
and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
• Items not eligible for exchange: Costume Wigs, Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories,
Care Products, Magazines, C.D/DVD'S and Special Orders. All electrical appliances carry a full
manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for additional information.
• If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with,
products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.


Exchange Fees
• GMBShair.com now offers Hassle–free color exchanges! If you are not happy with your color
selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 25% exchange fee will be
waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to color exchanges. New shipping
charges apply.
• 25% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s). New shipping charges apply.

Note: If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory,
exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.

Shipping charge will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs on Exchange
Shipping charges will apply on all exchanges. We ship via UPS or USPS, unless instructions in the
exchange package specify otherwise.


How to Request an Exchange
Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must
be pre–authorized by GMBShair.com with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.

Please do the following only after you are sure
your item(s) is eligible:
1. Email
exchanges@GMBShair.com to request your RMA number. You will receive an email
response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please
allow up to 2-3 business days for response.
2. Exchange items must be returned to GMBShair.com within 10 days from receipt of the RMA
number. Once GMBShair.com receives your exchange package, please allow up to
7 business days for the exchange process to complete.
For Exchange Status:  Please e-mail us at
exchanges@GMBShair.com for any exchange status. Please do not call our customer service dept or
the ordering dept for exchange status info. Exchange dept is only available via e-mail.
3.Difference after the exchange has been processed, charges will apply to your original form of
payment if you paid online with your credit card. If you paid through Paypal, you will receive a paypal
money request for the difference in charges.

How to Prepare Your Exchange Package

Outside of Package:
1. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages
with no visible RMA will be refused.
2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box with all original packaging as damaged packages are
ineligible for exchange.
3. Include a copy of the Packing Slip, including a note including which item/items you would like to
exchange your original item/items with. This info should include item number, quantity, and price.
Orders without this exchange item info may be refused.

Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waiting list. We will promptly
ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival
date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, email
orderstatus@GMBShair.com

Cancellation Policy
All of our orders are processed and shipped immediately to expedite our orders. Orders cancellations
made after you have submitted your order will not be honored. Color changes to an order will be
given all effort, but may not be fulfilled. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or
refusal upon delivery, there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are
non refundable. Reshipping charges apply to ship package.

Address Change/Update Policy
Any address change request made via e-mail or phone after the order has been processed and during
the transit via UPS will be charged $10.00.automatically upon customer's request to change or
update address.

Stock Availability Question
Any item/items that are listed on our site is in stock ready to ship. Any items that does not have an
order button are not available. These items may have been discontinued or not yet released by the
manufacturer. We do not have any estimated dates of availability on any of unavailable items.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GMBShair will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to
have delivered according to our tracking system. We will do our best to inquire USPS and UPS to
help you assist in retreiving your package. If the package was left by UPS and you do not have your
package, please contact us at
info@GMBShair.com immediately for us to start an investigation with
UPS. They will complete the investigation within 7 business days. We will reship the package at this
point by requiring signature for the replacement. GMBShair will not reship any replacement package
without the completed investigation by UPS.

Money Order
We accept Postal  or Western Union Money Orders prepaid prior to shipping the merchandise.
GMBShair.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen Money Orders. Please follow these
instructions when sending in the money order.

2.Complete Item Names and Codes and Quantities
3.Add Sales Tax Only To Tennessee Orders of  9.25%. No Tax On Any Other States.
4.Add appropriate shipping charge from our
shipping page.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier
delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be
